The Progressed Moon shows where your CURRENT emotional state is. Of course the natal is the most significant but it must be combined with that of the Progressed Chart to truly understand what is displaying in your life and what is triggering your current turn of emotional and habitual, inner personal events.

I have never really been suicidal, depressive and all out lost maniac until she ended up in my 12th house. After researching I've realized what's causing this inner despair and turmoil, this longing for death. It is 17 degrees into my Scorpio ruled 12th house and apparently this is a very crushing place for the Moon to be. The Moon in Scorpio is a rough place to be despite it being a water sign and it's in its detriment. If you have a natal Scorpio Moon this would be easy for you but if not you are sorely learning about the extreme depth of feelings and power. I guess my emotions are being reborn anew right now and are going through hell in order for my future self to thrive. This being in the 12th adds sorrow to this because you already know who rules the twelfth; Pisces. Me already being a natal Pisces and Saturnian Pisces adds to the cold, depressive and hopeless feeling I'm already tuned with. Ever since this Moon has been in this dreaded spot I have been through hell. Literally, hell on earth. From living in my car, to being betrayed by my friend, having massive legal troubles, suicidal urges, overdoing drugs, disappearing acts and homelessness. You MUST take the progressed chart into account when it comes to certain life changing events whether it be positive or negative. The fact I'm still in good shape and look young is beyond me even at 21.

My Saturn and Sun are still in Pisces and my Mercury is conjunct my natal Sun in Pisces. I believe whatever in your chart is the heaviest natally is where you will focus your energy on since you are so accustomed to it. So if you had progressed moon in Sagittarius 6th you would be attracted to Virgos (house Position) and Sags (How You handle your Emotions currently) at this time, As their spirit is in line with your emotions in the area of daily work, routines, and analytics.
