Help!Based on this horary chart; is it a good idea to buy a house at this time?? I feel nervous about making such a big financial move, its definitely a risk but IDK. Should I?

I am hoping that having the IC ruler as Venus the natural ruler of the 2nd house conjuncting Jupiter and falling in the 8th means that I can get a mortgage loan. I like that Moon is falling in the 4th and that chart ruler is conjuncting Mars in the 11th kind of indicating that I am going after my dreams trying to set more solid foundations for myself by purchasing a home I can settle down in.In my Solar return which starts next Month I have moon in the 8th trining pluto in the 4th, I also have Sun conjunct Jupiter in the 12th but jupiter is lucky and a guardian angel in the 12th and Jupiter is also conjuncting my AC. Venus falls in my 1st house and conjuncts my natal Pluto and again Venus is the natural ruler of the 2nd an pluto of the 8th so a lucky for getting a loan. Also the ruler of my IC in my SR is saturn and falls in the 3rd squaring the SR nodes perhaps indicated a fated turning point in my living situation that requires financial commitment and responsibility that if taken seriously will pay off.
