If two planets (main sig and the quesited) are in opposition does that mean a "yes". For example, I asked if someone thought about me and my sig is moon and his is Saturn and they're currently applying in opposition. Would that mean he thinks of me and I think of him but we both think negatively of each other, even though we do think of each other?

I think you're right, that there is a struggle (Opposition) to move on (Moon) because one / both of you are holding on or holding a grudge.(Saturn)
