I am Mars (Scorpio), he would be represented by Venus (Taurus). There is no aspect between them so the short answer would be NO.

But something else drove my attention – Venus (7th House ruler) EXACTLY conjuncts the chart ascendant.

Is it of any SIGNIFICANT IMPORTANCE if a ruler of quesit or querent is conjunct chart angel (ASC, DSC, MC, IC)?

I googled it already a bit, but didn’t find an answer that would satisfy me. Has anyone ever experienced this kind of chart and it’s outcome?

I thought this was in Interpersonal Readings at first, but maybe I was wrong.

In any case, Venus is on the ASC but in detriment in Scorpio. Sun is in Libra so it's a possibility someone likes you but feels guilty about it bc they're with someone else ready.

You're doing fine (or should / will be ) being Mars in Capricorn since itse exalted there.

But how would you explain if you see the quisit’s ruler on querent’s ASC – could this simply be explained that there is someone who has mind on the querent? And vice versa; if qurent’s ruler is on DSC, then querent has quesit in mind?

Here is my feedback; perhaps could serve you as a feedback for your theory:

1) There is a man “H” that I like a lot – well, at least I DID like him before I found out he got engaged. After I found out about engagement, I consciously decided to get him out of my mind. And so far this “process of forgetting” is going well. I have some ups and downs still, but I am recovering. Your theory about “me doing fine” due to Mars in Capricorn seems on spot here.

2) I am sure “H” had strong feelings towards me but he didn’t do anything about it. I also didn’t do anything to I am not sure how much is he in love with his fiancé just about now or if he still thinks about me. Theory about “somebody being guilty about being with someone already” ergo “love triangle theory” could be also on spot.
