I'm getting mixed signals from a colleague at work. I'm not sure if he's 6th house or 10th, and this isn't romantic.

So, a lot of the times when I speak to him he pays attention to what I'm saying but is constantly looking this way and that, and it makes me nervous like I am doing something to cause it. But, he also approaches me too at some points or is friendly so I have no reason to think he dislikes me for any reason.

My question was "Why does he act like that or do I make him nervous?"

Both our sigs are in Libra in the 10th house, which at least it's not Mercury and Jupiter in Virgo, or Jupiter and Merc in Sagittarius, right? I'm taking this to mean there's generally a good rapport.

Also am not sure if I am only looking for applying aspects or separatjng, or do either count since this isn't a futuristic / predictive question?

Regarding Houses: hmm… What about if you would use the 11th House for him – I remember that I was reading once that 11th represents friends but also colleagues.

Another thing that might be interesting: the moment when I saw your ASC and degrees, I remembered that Fixed Stars Antares is found exactly on the degree of your ASC which brings some sort of conflict... Do you think that fixed stars could also add information to the whole horary reading?

Off topic question: if you would take him to be represented as the 7th House (I read that no matter the question you can always use the 7th House for another person if you can’t exactly define their role), than you (Jupiter) and he (Mercury) are in separating conjunction. Would this separating aspect count as “YES” or “NO” in horary for your question “Do I make him nervous”?

Hey thanks for helping! I never use fixed stars or anything extra. I don't know enough to be able to give input on those. As for the separating aspect, I'm unsure again because in questions about someone's feelings regardless, you would look at receptions first. Here we see there aren't any receptions from Mercury or Jupiter (unless something fancy like translation of light is happening, but that's another horary aspect I'm not good at). Sun (co-sig for men) and Mercury are in the same house though so I'm sure that adds something, maybe that no, I don't make him nervous and he has something else on his mind (given that Libra is about TWO entities, togetherness etc.)

Makes sense! I would bet on this one.
