I've never asked a Horary related question and I have no idea how to interpret an event chart. What would you say, will he contact me and if so - when? Thank you!

How do you make these charts? Do you have to use the guys information as well?

ChildofVenus, you just use astro.com, ask your question and do a normal "natal chart" but instead of gender you choose "event". The "birth date" should be the date and hour when you ask the question. Does that make sense?

I think so at least, I have never done this before, but that's how I've interpreted it

But wouldn't you need to use the guys information in order to get a outcome? I don't understand how it works without inputting the other persons information.

I think there are general rules to horary questions. It's a bit more, well, superstitious than astrology in general. It's built upon the theory that the answer to a question can be found in the moment it is being asked. A bit like a tarot reading but through astrology. I think ...

In other words, the querent is often represented by the planet that falls into the 1st house etc. Rules like that. I just don't know which rules that applies. That's why I'm asking.

I'm new to the concept as well!

Oh, wow, thank you for replying so quick, hannaramaa! I'd be a happy girl if he did (if he would say something nice i.e. ), but I'm a bit skeptical it will happen haha. You really don't have to explain your reasoning, because it takes time, is a nuisance etc. But if you have the time and energy would you mind explaining why you think he will contact me in a month? Mercury conjunct Sun? Is there any way to see what the message would be?

Hanna,

because the Moon, ruler of ASC, is in one degree applying sextile to Saturn, ruler of DESC?
But wouldn`t that be rather HER contacting HIM? Especially since Moon is in the sign of saturn?

Or did I miss something here?

Lord, Ceridwen, if it’s me that will contact him (because I feel a strong urge to do so - I’m almost about to tie my hands to the bed) is there ANY way to see what the outcome will be?

Hopefully I’m sound enough not to do it though. I can under no circumstances go through with it if it would end in catastrophe. That’s why I hoped it would be the other way around. If you remember my thread in the Interpersonal Astrology section, you might have an idea who I’m referring to. My heart is aching for closure, but I just CAN’T reach out.

I was hoping I could just forget about it, but there’s this tugging sensation ...

Ugh, life.

Thank you

@Ceri and OP

In terms of contact you look at the faster planet, so Ceri is correct that it's most likely she will contact him forst. Regardless though Moon is the final "messenger" so it's saying contact will be made somehow.

Moon is receiving Saturn so she likes him more, yes.

You also look at the house and sign the faster planet is in. In this case Moon is in a cadent house fixed sign which is the longest, I believe. However, they will be exact in 1 time unit. Sun is square Moon, and Moon is sextile Saturn both by 1 degree of distance.

Sun / Mercury wouldn't count because Mercury is not a pertinent significator in the chart, and it is also separating.
When asking for future predictives you look at applying aspects.

@OP -throw another chart up with the question of "what will the outcome be" and we can try.

Oh, hannaramaa, thank you.

Yet, it’s making me sick to my stomach. I like him more, huh? What does it mean exactly when the Moon is receiving Saturn? Is Saturn him and Moon me? Can one see what he thinks? I don’t want to contact him if he doesn’t care for me anymore. That would break my heart.

Here’s the ”what will the outcome be” chart:

I'm terrified

Thank you so much for helping!

When looking for feelings we look at receptions. SO since Aquarius is traditionally ruled by Saturn, and he was Capricorn (7th) and Moon's in Aquarius that means you are into him.

But his sig Saturn is in Sagittarius, and innhis own 12th house in the first chart. It's an ineffective placement for what you're asking.

Maybe it's best to take a step back when your hroary answers won't hold as much weight and you're more objective. Usually rhe charts are never wrong, just the people reading them and I don't want to accidentally sway you.

Thank you, hannaramaa!

It would have felt good to finally clear the confusion that arose after meeting him. I had wish the outcome to be, if not positive, so at least constructive. But this just strengthens my belief that I should not contact him. Not that I had planned to, I just have so many questions lingering, why I keep hoping he'd take a step in my direction and offer to talk it out with me. Ughh. LIFE! (again )
