You can, but there's not really a point in asking multiple questions back to back because the configurations will stay the same for an hour, at least. Also it's redundant to ask questions hoping for the same outcome. For example, "Will me and X be together?" And then the next day asking if you'll be in a relationship or something. Deep down you know the answer you're hoping for and the chart will reflect the same thing, or not be readable for various reasons. Doesn't ALWAYS happen, but usually.

Yeah, but not if the question is related to the same thing. Like for example, you won't get an accurate answer if you ask twice whether or not you'll date a certain person, but if you ask that question one day and then the next day ask if you will have fun with them on your next outing then that's more likely to give you accurate answers for both questions since they're not the same topic.
