When will he contact me? The moon is exalted in taurus,taurus is a fixed sign, did this show it will be a few weeks/months/even years (???), before he contacts me? I'm privately dying inside.

I tried calling him and he said he didn't want to speak to me and blocked me so I have to wait for him.

Whenever I had done horary charts,out significators are always either Mercury or Jupiter. So even though Saturn and sun is in the 4th house end of matters, I can't help thinking there is promise.
