A natal chart with Placidus house system is better suited in personal readings for a chart reading.

As you have transit Jupiter in your 5th house I see it as an support from the stars for an new love/affair.

Transit Pluto is in your 7th house and Transit Saturn will enter this house as well.
The 7th house is a commonly known house for relationships. I see those Planets in your 7th house as a more positive attitude to find a good partner.
