Hi All! It's been a while since I popped in. Can someone who is very seasoned at reading horary charts please let me know what you think about this chart? The question is will I hear from him before this present Mercury Retrograde is over? I'm a female; in this case I would consider his sig to be the ruler of the 7th. Thanks!

Well you know me, I already had a peek at your chart. 
But hmm, I am not convinced he will contact you.
Well Mars is in Pisces, where Venus, your significator, is exalted - so from that I think he is VERY much attracted to you, intersted in you to the point of putting you on a pedestal.
Venus and Mars are also in his 5th house, so I do think there is a strong attraction there.
However, there is too little opportunity to act! At least I think so.
Venus - you, is in Aquarius, but does not have any direct connection to his significator.
Oh Gosh, I am so stupid!!!!
I only saw that Moon was possibly already separating from the sextile to his 3rd house ruler (which actually would imply to me, there has been contact already? or at least he has been thinking about it?). But what I failed to see, even though it is a glaring pink elephant in the room, is the applying conjunction of Moon to Venus. So yes I think there might be contact in a time unit of 7 approximately, so within a week/ 7 days?
It`s not a direct aspect between your significators though, so take that with a grain of salt, and hopefully seasoned horary astrologers will correct my interpretation, but that was whta stuck out to me.

You're so funny!! Yes, I do know you and suspected you did 😉 . You're right, that was got me too was the applying moon conjunction to my sig even though his Pluto and my venus don't aspect. The other thing is the ruler of his 3rd of communication (Saturn) is making an aspect to the moon as well...but it's separating. So I don't know how to take it...I mean there IS an aspect (harmonious sextile.) Maybe I'm just grasping at straws..I would have said "no" as well if it weren't for that applying moon/venus conjunction. But then you also have that lovely applying trine from the moon (which rules my house of communication) to the POF in Gemini.... On top of that, Saturn (the ruler of his 3rd of communication) is making an applying opposition to the POF as well. I know the POF is significant in horary charts. Yeah...it isn't cut and dry. Hence my request for some help😊 I am on board with what you said though..nothing has happened yet but I could definitely see him thinking about reaching out....

P.S just curious as to why you chose mars as his sig rather than Pluto? Was it because mars is the co-ruler of Scorpio? IP: Logged |

Because in horary only the traditional rulerships are being used, so Scorpio is ruled by Mars, Pisces by Jupiter, Aqua by Saturn.

I hope he is going to contact you, I mean it is looking rather good with Moon conjunct Venus. Though I would have preferred his main significator to be somehow involved in this.
