I know Uranus doesn't count in horary, but what if it conjuncts the Ascendant exactly? Does that mean that something unexpected will happen, or do we just ignore it? Also, what about Jupiter conjunct the DC exactly? So Uranus and Jupiter are opposed.

If I were to see Uranus smack on the MC I would expect something unexpected to happen. On the asc it would describe the querent.
