As I told before I'm not good at timing, in September Mars and Venus will start conjunction again but before that Mars and Venus will sextile in April, May, June!

Since you broke up you didn't hear from him? Or he did not make any contact you again yet?

I was dating this particular guy only from January to February of last year. We haven't spoken since last April. He blocked my number and Facebook. He might even be dating someone now, I don't know.

That's usually used more in horary and it means the moon translates light from an applying planet to a separating one indicating that the separating planet receives "recognition" from the other planet via third party means aka the moon. For example in horary if you asked how you'll meet your next partner and you're Venus and he's Mars and you're separating from a conjunction aspect to the Moon and Mars is applying to the moon you'd say a female (moon) would likely be the one to introduce you (Venus) and (him). Translation of light is used when the two main significators aren't in aspect.
