Here’s what I see: he is venus (which makes sense because he is really good looking) but is in fall in his own 4th house of endings and separating from Ceres so I’m wondering if he’s maybe just broken up with someone and isn’t in too good of a place right now.

My main sig is mars but I don’t really feel that describes me too well. Since Jupiter is conjunct the ASC in the first, I think maybe Jupiter might be the better option (I have Jupiter conjunct the ASC in my natal.)

The moon (my co-sig and the situation) is in his rulership and shows my hopes and wishes of having something romantic with him (relationship or otherwise.) And in his turned 5th house of sex and romance.

There is no applying aspect between venus and mars or moon and venus but there is an applying sextile between venus and Jupiter which also happens to rule my 5th house of sex and romance.

On to reception...if we make his co-sig the sun, he is sitting in my rulership (if you make me the moon) and my exaltation (if you make me Jupiter) so I BELIEVE that means he is receiving me (is attracted to me and is interested in maybe talking??!! Sun is in his turned 3rd of communication.) can you confirm??!! Also, Sun is perigrine and at late degrees so maybe again confirming he is about to make a transition for the better (moving into his rulership.)

End of the matter (sig of 4th) is ruled by Saturn who is in rulership but Rx. There are aspects between both the moon and venus to Saturn but they are separating. However Saturn goes direct before moving back into Sag.

I have also read that if the two sigs are benefics (in this case venus and Jupiter) then there is a good probability of a positive outcome.

I’m torn as to whether this is going to happen or not. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
P.S ruler of the hour was mercury which is conjunct the MC and makes an aspect to my sig if you consider me Jupiter.

moon makes no applying aspects to either the sun or venus.

no aspects = no seeing = no action.

no applying aspects between main sigs either.
venus in her fall, jup in detriment in virgo.

jup in detriment sign of venus fall of moon.

venus receives moon in fall of sun, mars receives sun in its triplicity in fall he only looks at you when he sees you but no move towards you.

mars retrograde shows a change of mind.
