No we don't use Neptune, Uranus or Pluto in horary unless they're like right on the angles and somehow influencing the outcome. In this chart since this is a 1st/7th house matter the influence of Neptune near the MC doesn't matter to the interpretation. Mercury and Jupiter are both in Sag but Jupiter (the person you want to reconcile with for romantic reasons I'm assuming) is in his own sign and has a little more power than you, but still, you two both being in the same sign and house is a good sign and it does mean that there is interest on both parts, but when Mercury (you) left Sag and entered Capricorn last week on January 6th it seems like maybe you also left your interest in this person behind as well. Have you kind of gotten over it? IP: Logged

kirki Knowflake Posts: 517 From: Registered: Aug 2014	posted February 27, 2019 07:54 AM Its an old chart,so it compliacates it for me since now some planets have changed signs.Ill give it a try saying that at that time you made chart,you liked him a lot ,and he didnt feel that way for you .Also it seems that you left ,maybe cause he was thinking only himself.Retro mercury in few days could mean youll approach him,mars is in venus now,so if he hasnt found new gf ,that could mean he likes you.But i think you like him much more.He is the strong and confident while you seem confused ,and he is not changing soon.With few words i think youll contact him,maybe sleep together too,but at this point he is good even without you.He is enjoying and feels good by himself.
