Here is the chart from what I say from the chart even though I'm no expert in horary im thinking yes as the significators mars(me) and venus(him are trine and venus is in my first house along with Jupiter any help would be awesome thanks in advance :-)

Yes but the trine and conjuction are seperating aspects.you had a contact with him but for a reason stopped?
