So I've been reading up on Horary Charts and there are some qns I have because people are saying different things.

The considerations:

1) I understand that early/late degree charts cannot be read but I saw some of such charts being read anyway. One astrologer said early degree chart can still be read provided it conjuncts the querent's natal Asc. By what orb? Is 4° too wide?

2) I heard of this "hour ruler must match the Asc in triplicity/elements" thing if not the chart is not radical and cannot be read. How do we check the hour ruler? And how come I don't see people mentioning it when reading charts?

Interpreting Horary

1) Nodes - how crucial are they? I saw one astrologer said he won't read any chart with South Node in 1st house. Another says significators conjunct South Node means a negative answer. Yet another says if all other aspects show a positive answer, South Node conjuncts significator simply means it will come with some sacrifice, e.g. you may get the job but you'll move away from your family, etc. So which is correct?

2) Reception - I know this is helpful when the applying aspect is square/opposite, but if we have applying trine/sextile, is Reception between significators still necessary to ensure a YES answer?

Also, if I'm dignified in my own sign, likely I'll be in detriment/fall in yours and if I'm weak in my own sign, I could be exalted or in domicile in your sign. So which is better? To be weak but received by the other? Or to be strong but not received by the other? Because BOTH seems important!

3) One astrologer said if the planets are applying aspects from angular houses, things will move swiftly... but that will also mean the planets are squaring/opposing each other and that's bad if there's no reception! Ideally we wanna have trines/sextiles, isn't it?

4) I saw someone said Moon-Saturn significators never turn out well, is it true? Someone even said Moon doesn't like Saturn.... so when we see Moon-Saturn we just assumed a NO answer?

5) I thought we only consider the major aspects (conjunct, trine, sextile, square, opposite)? But I saw people reading the minor aspects as well.

6) Also an 'Idiot 101' qn I have - what does it mean when a planet is in term/face of another?

EDIT: One more qn...

7) Regarding triplicity... if the querent's sig is Venus in Pisces and the quesited's sig is Mars in Cancer, are they in triplicity? I saw someone says yes and another says no. So confusing.

Actually in my opinion any horary charts can be read but the reading may not be what the person casting the chart wants to hear so that's why some charts are not read! late ascendants often means that the matter under review has already been answered or has already been decided upon or that it is just too late, early ascendants could mean there is nothing to it that justifies asking about it. Sometimes when a horary chart can't be read it means that the person is not seeing the whole picture is either lying to themselves or has already asked the question a thousand times by changing a few words.

The planetary hour is important it will decide whether the question is radical, whether the Universe is actually listening to you when you asked the question.

South node is important and when it is in the first house the question or whatever the querent is asking about or wish for will bring them pain/sorrow or tragedy especially if it's close to the ascendant or if close degrees to the significators or angles or significators that represent the question asked.
