I read this by Lilly: "Be not confident of the Judgment if either the first degrees or later of any Sign be ascending: if few degrees ascend, the matter is not yet ripe for judgment: if the later degrees arise, the matter of the Question is elapsed, and it's probable the Querent has been tampering with others, or despairs of any success: however, the Heavens advise you not to meddle with it at that time. CA 298"I see people say this means the matter is already settled, or the querent asked out of despair/already knew the answer/asked too many times already... or simply that the situation may change. But I see people still read a late degree chart anyway. So should we read a late degree chart (or not)? Why yes? Why no? IP: Logged |

I saw 2 Horary Charts with late degrees where the circumstances changed and the outcome turned out to be totally unexpected.IP: Logged |
