I'm not very experienced in horary, though I am learning : )Can anyone give me their interpretation? Question is 'should I take meryl's place' I'm trying to move (move on, move out, move up <3). This would be a really stable apartment for me if I was willing to jump on it now...I will have to ask my (soon to be) ex husband to help me withe the down payment for it, but all in all, it looks like I should absolutely jump on this to me...is it as clear as I think it is? Should I try to take this apartment asap? Chart: IP: Logged |

funny thing is my wording actually covers the whole possible situation...a friend si leaving her job and her apartment, and is offering me both! this is in a different city that i normally live, and i would be leaving my marriage to do it...but my husband and i both know we are going to be separating and we're supportive of each other. it does seem like a stellar chart...IP: Logged |

trying to find info about the apartment is difficult right now because the landlord has insisted I go through a realtor she has hired...which means a broker fee. hopefully this is a 'moon void of course' complication today and not more...IP: Logged |

I didn't get the house : ((A realtor slipped in and figured out how to release the place from rent stabilization, making it far too expensive to afford. I was very sad to lose it, but it was maybe to good to be true. IP: Logged |

I wonder if Mercury changing signs has anything to do with this outcome. Technically neither you as Jupiter or your co-Sig the moon are aspecting the ruler of the 4th (real estate) or the 7th. IP: Logged |

interesting to note is that jupiter and the moon are conjunct my own neptune in the original horary i posted in this thread...so to think about the issue of the moment, a lucky opportunity regarding a home (jupiter, the moon, in sag) is illusive, or and illusion (my own neptune). i've long wondered why we don't compare against the birth chart in horary...its usually made sense not to as they are separate approaches, but also, in this case, it makes the difference for understanding the outcome when the chart otherwise looked good. Now trying to decide on the impulse to move here...what it means etc...with another horary.

to compare horary to birth chart the way you have with Neptune would be to acknowledge transits. The signifactors and strong natal features are the only times I make comparisons, like for example, me being Mars in love horaries, I have a Mars Rising natally, and the other person as Venus, and him having Venus-Rising natally. Your question Should I stay in NY, I’m already seeing a “Yes”. I’ve been trying to learn what “out-of-sign” applying signifactors means. In this case you’re Venus in Leo in the term of Mars, conjuncting Mars who is in the sign of your “fall”.It’s complicated with the Moon’s square to the ruler of the 4th house. Which could be showing your troubles with finding a place to live? Or that you don’t want to stay? Are you applying to jobs? I wonder what mercury in the 10th represents. You and NYC are conjunct in the house of hopes and wishes. Your original chart wasn’t as strong as it looked because the signifactors nor the moon had any aspect. IP: Logged |

Yeah I was curious about the lack of aspects...also that mercury in the sign of home (cancer) was making an annoying aspect to my signifiers...on the new chart, yes finding a place IS difficult. I'm also married but I want to move on so this represents the beginning of a separation that I am initiating. finding work that pays well is necessary. so far i have work, but it doesn't pay enough to make the rent for a standard 1bdrm here... the neptune I mentioned is a natal position...do you mean to say that the jupiter and lunar conjunction is treated (in the comparison) as a transit? IP: Logged |

Yes I understood that the Jupiter/Moon in the horary is in the same degree as your natal Neptune, but that’s because Jupiter/Moon is transiting your natal Neptune that day, this month. In horary judgements, one would not necessarily confuse the two as applicable. Say, if your rising in the horary chart was Pisces (the sign wherein Neptune is on August 2019), and Neptune was conjunct the Horary Ascendant, then we would think your question, state of mind, was delusional. ok i understood then...yes, traditionally the two aren't held as comparable...but i guess i found it interesting, since they are both 'of the moment' based studies. like i said at the top of the post, i'm not experienced in these and am learning...really appreciate your input!
