Did you guys break up around a 5, 5 weeks/ 5 months? I feel that there were some quarrels and maybe a third party from the past as to the reason of your break up.
I feel that he currently feels sort of defeated and that has to do with your past relationship. As if he is currently thinking a lot about you, going back to the beautiful memories with you.
But unfortunately I am not seeing him making the move to contact you, at least not now. He seems to be still hurt about something but at the same time that things are good they way they are. On the other hand, I am getting strongly some sort of an obsession/ very strong attachment to you. Coming mostly from him, and while being aware of it he wants to keep distant.

I can see marriage is very on your mind because Moon and Mercury are both in Jupiter’s signs. Jupiter’s placement in your 8th means it gives you a bit of suffering to think of, or that the concept, in its current state, is oppressing you slightly because your position or opinion to cater to it is not your personal or natural comfort zone, feels out of your control. I hope this intuitive read has been ok. It reads to me, because of Saturn’s impression over the way the chart moves, there need be a transformation of your “relationship to your fathering figure” or reparenting regarding your quality/value/wishes, as mentally and emotionally while you are concerned about partnership (your position in this chart speaks of it being a fantasy, unable to act, by either needed parties), sexually and romantically there are diversions to this cause, perhaps unconsciously (Neptune and Rx).

I will need more time to try to understand Saturn's position in the 9th, what the block is about. Saturn siting in Jupiter's natural house, ruling over Jupiter (and Sun, and Mars)

Mercury, Moon and Venus are "help-less", unsupported.
