I can’t find my red measuring tape I use for sewing. The 2nd house rules possessions and the ruler of it is Mars who is in Aquarius in the 5th house. Mars rules the color red, so the chart seems pretty valid already. The 5th house is about hobbies, so I think my measuring tape is in my sewing area. Aquarius is an air sign so that does showcase the item in a high place and my sewing area is on the 2nd floor of my house. I’ve looked there though, and I can’t find it!

There are 2 testimonies it will be found!
Ruler is in AQ so it can be in or near a built-in device or equipment, a shelf or a closet that is not part of the house, near electrical appliances, radios, televisions, computers, in a TV room with stereo equipment, near a telephone area, close to a meter panel or fuse box, close to a light in a room that has been remodeled or modernized, an additional room with modern furniture, part of the house that was in the original structure, in rooms upstairs, the attic, near a drafty window, planning or drafting room or a room with barely comfortable furniture.
POF is in Pi. look for it in bathroom or kitchen, near aquarium, near liquids, chemicals, oils (for healing techniques for example). Look also in a bedroom in a closet, or near medicine cabinet or photographic equipment. Look near religious areas at home.
When ruler and POF are in 5 house, as in this chart a child may have put it somewhere or know where it is or in some way your child will be involved in finding item. Look in a child's room, game room, any place of pleasure or enjoyment. Near the heating system, fireplace or hearth in the home.

I found it underneath my white laundry bag 5 minutes after I posted this chart. My laundry bag is underneath my black table in my room where my sewing machine sits. And yes my sewing machine/sewing area is in my bedroom. And yes Aquarius is a NW direction and it was located nw from the area of my house where I had asked the question. So yes indeed it was in my hobby area (5th house) on the 2nd floor (air sign) nw from me (Aquarius) and it was under my white laundry bag which is under my desk where I have my sewing machine (Aquarius is technology and my sewing machine is pretty high tech).
