I want to know if I’ll transfer to another college in 2021. I know minor aspects aren’t used in horary, but Mercury (me) and Venus (9th house ruler) are semisextile. The part of fortune is conjunct the 9th house cusp.

I did! I’ve been here since fall 2020 and will graduate with my bachelors next fal.
