Unfortunately I've never seen a succesful and happy outcome to a horary where the Moon or a main significator is located in the 8th house. Either what is asked about won't happen, or if it does happen it will lead to despair. Next, Moon is in conjunction with Fixed Star Markab which is know as "Star of Sorrow". Also, we have South Node near a house cusp of the 5 house which is in connection with children and that is not good testimony, South Node add troubles. So, I think the answer of your question is No.------------------
