I posted a horary asking if I’d see someone again. My significator is Mercury which is going retrograde on Jan 30. The other person is signified by Jupiter. Retrograde Mercury conjuncts Jupiter on February 14th this year. Since my significator is conjuncting his significator while mine is retrograde does that mean we won’t meet?

If it’s applying it means you’re meeting. Rx here means going back...seeing that person again, like you asked.

I am the retrograde planet meaning I am going back (I being Mercury rx conjunct him being Jupiter on Feb 14). The problem is that he hasn't responded to my texts so I am wondering why he would respond to me going back to him and texting again when Mercury rx conjuncts Jupiter on Valentine's Day.
