first,

1. the ascendant in the first degrees, or its too early to answer, or you arent ready to receive the answer or you are just teasing with horary astrology and see how it goes and see if its truth or not.

2. Your sifnigicator is Mercury and the Moon. His in this case is Saturn.

3. Mercury isnt making any aspect to Saturn in the moment that you did the question. Yes, I know they are going to make a sextile BUT at the moment you did the chart the orb wasnt the allowed one.

4. Now, lets check the moon, moon moves fast, but moon won't make the conjunction at the end of the cycle of capricorn so another no.

5. You are also represented by Venus, so probably there is something going on with him, or you can't see him clearly, or there is someone else, and it's in 8th house. (Probably you can take like the union of the two of you and the physical bodies) but seeing the primary and second significators not making any orb at the moment so is a No.

6. Also, does something happened between you and him? Moon did a square with Venus, probaly there was a missundertand for some reason.

7. So, I think is No for the reason I explain before.

Probably it does represent you, but also can mean that he is having someone yes, or you can't see thing clearly.
