1. The answer of my part would be not read the chart with Saturn in 7th house, it could lead you to the wrong answer.

2. What was the real question? just a normal communication or a communication that implies love-relationship-etc?

3. Also the moon will combust, I def wouldnt read this chart. Isnt valid for me.

This is interesting, this more about a love potential, so probably I wouldnt see the communication house. Thats why you need to be very clear about what you want to ask and make that clear. I would recommend you to make another horary chart if you really want to know the answer.

In this case it would be a no if you ask me for this horary chart that you post becuase I see main significators of 1-7. It looks to me, when you asked, you weren't feeling in your best and you also look like very much into him or very very interested.

But honestly I wouldnt read this chart for the reasons I gave you before.

Also, does it work Tarot for you? I have a big doubt because I did an horary chart that say no but Tarot keep saying is a yes a yes and double yes. I'm not sure what to think
