I created a horary chart to test - the question is the same. I am looking at the 7th as the quesited and can't figure out Pluto's role.

I am also wondering about the conjunction of venus and moon in 4th - I know in horary we don't look at the 4th for endings, but still.

I'm still learning and any guidance will be very helpful but this is also personal so will be very grateful for any advice.

I hadn't even appreciated he's Saturn. Can you guide me through the assignment of significators for this chart? I had him as Mars, and me as Venus/Jup with co-sign Moon.

This is what I get from the chart link.

You are 1H ruled by Jupiter, Venus and the Moon. He is 7H ruled by Mercury and the Sun.

Mercury receives Venus in rulership – so you could say he loves your ‘woman stuff’ – that which makes you a woman, a potential mate so to speak. The Sun (his ‘man stuff’) cares more about himself as it receives Mercury in rulership, exaltation and face, he receives Venus in triplicity and fall, however fall is stronger than triplicity so you disappoint him or bring him down for some reason. He receives your main significator in detriment so doesn’t like your personality quite so much.

The Moon (your heart) is ruled by Jupiter and in term, you are more concerned about yourself than him as the Moon receives Mercury in face and detriment - you dislike him more than like him! Venus (your ‘woman stuff’) doesn’t receive any of his planets. Jupiter receives the Sun in detriment so there is something about him you don’t particularly like.

Don't worry too much about the ambivalence in the receptions this is pretty normal for humans!

Both Mercury and Venus are in the 10H so would be keen on a relationship.

Mercury does apply to trine Mercury but with low level receptions there is probably not enough motivation to make it happen.

The Sun is applying to conjunct Mars so it’s possible he is with someone else.

Saturn receives itself in rulership so he is mostly concerned about himself and also receives the Sun, his other planet is in detriment to him so he's not very happy. Saturn receives Venus in face which is a minor dignity not worth mentioning really but better than nothing.

Both Moon and Venus have the same reception and receive themselves in rulership, receives Saturn in exaltation and face, and Mercury in triplcity and Sun in fall - so your main concern is yourself. Exaltation doesn't last and you may have put this man on a pedestal as it is seeing someone through rose tinted glasses. Both your planets also receive Mars in term and detriment.

Venus is going to change signs in 1 degree and become ruled completely by Mars in all dignities, Venus will also be in its detriment so very unhappy and with Moon in fall being disappointed too - so whatever Mars is it's going depress you a fair bit.
Venus applies to square Saturn and the Moon will square Saturn when it changes signs. However, with the receptions not being great there may not be enough motivation to develop anything meaningful. If anything is to happen here you will have to do the running to make it happen and then only after a lot of delays and difficulties. The chart shows he's not in love with you and there's possibly someone else.

Horary isn't something you use to 'test' things, it's for serious matters that weigh on your mind, those are the questions that are the clearest.
