Jupiter receives the Moon in face which is really minor interest. The Sun receives Mercury in rulership and exaltation. Venus in triplicity, face, and fall. The man side of him really, really likes you but there isn't an aspect between these two planets showing you would get together. Even though the Moon does trine Jupiter it is quite far away and with the receptions being very minor between the Moon and Jupiter I don't think there is enough motivation to make it happen. If the aspect was closer maybe 1 or 2 degrees rather than 9 it might work but I think it's too far away to have an impact.

It is possible he is with someone else as the Sun is conjunct Mars - the 7H also has Neptune conjunct the cusp so he may not be truthful or is confused.

Below is another response I received it’s confusing when people say different things.

This is a 5th house matter. Here while the ruler of the 1st and any planets in it do not aspect the 5th, we see the moon (co-ruler of the querent or situation) will next trine Saturn, ruler of the 5th (sex) in his own house with reception as the Moon receives Saturn into his exalt. Because of this, I do see sex as happening again as the trine and reception give ease. However, because Saturn is retrograde, in his own sign and their is no mututal reception (moon has minimal dignity in Aquarius), the onus will fall on the moon to complete the aspect. She is succedent so she can perform. To me this signifies that you will initiate and he will go along with it.

Unfortunately, this is what happens if you put your questions up on forums, you have no idea what anyone's level of expertise is.

I am a traditional astrologer and the 7H would cover everything you need with a person, to include 5H activites.

This is the first chart, it’s ok if he’s not in the mood right now I understand and I’m not going to force him. I will wait until he’s ready. It’s not only about the sex though I actually like him as a person. Like I’d really just enjoy his company without sex being involved. Like going out for drinks and just talking and having a nice conversation. I want to tell him all about my new job.

I think you are answering yourself with that, you aren’t seeing him clearly, what do you truly want from him? , why do you ask horaries if you don’t trust the answer they are giving to you? You shouldn’t cast Horary charts then. Horary is trying to tell you that probably it won’t go further than just a fling and that’s all. You are def more keen than him to have a fling. Yes, I see atraction, for example Jupiter and Mercury are friendly planets in their dynamics, same than Saturn and Mercury, but that’s all.

If you truly see his intentions changed, he is open, he talk to you about something more serious, blah blah, so you really can cast another chart, but that’s all.
