I agree with your analyse!
Sun will square Saturn for about 2,5 time units. I am not good in timing, but according by Marion March in her book that would be years (both rulers are in fixed signs and in cadent houses).
As aspect is square you will not be satisfied.

Squares can also denote 'delays and difficulties' as you haven't met this person yet it is unlikely to be about the relationship as it hasn't started yet.

Also you should ask 'Will I?' before 'When?' as you're jumping ahead in your assumption.
