Void of Course Moon = No

As for applying aspect of mixed reception: someone has idealized the other, whereas the other doesn’t welcome them back (discomfort)

Your Sig in your first House = self-interest

Who has idolized who? And who feels discomfort?
Venus exactly square Chiron says probably he was jealous. Venus rules him and his 5th house, Chiron is on my 5th cusp.

Venus is detriment in the sign of Scorpio (where currently Mars is)
Mars exalts in Capricorn (where Venus currently is)

Venus is received by Mars bc it applies from Mar’s exaltation sign.
Mars idolizes (receives) Venus from its own position in the sign of Capricorn.
However Venus sees Mars as a person/in a place that is detrimental to it’s own nature

Reception is mixed: detriment and exaltation.

I'm represented by Mars in the chart but I don't idolize him I do appreciate him though. But He's the one who said he's proud of me.

to idealize or idolize another planet’s position within Capricorn: Mars “sees so much potential in them”

So me seeing potential in him means that I idolize him? To idolize a person means you put them on a pedestal and that's not what I do. Seeing a person's potential is a good thing it's not negative it's how we grow.

Just like when he told me he was proud of me. I took it as a good thing it meant a lot to me. Because I hardly ever hear that from people. It makes me feel like someone is proud of my achievements.

a pedestal is putting someone in a higher station than where/how they actually are, so I’d say yeah, seeing “potential” (something they aren’t “yet”) can be a form of idolization. or that’s how exaltation is read in horary - an exaggeration.

To relate to them not for who they are
but instead for what they could be, from your own opinion

In the case of planets, Venus isn’t “exalted” in Capricorn, it’s not even it’s own domain. Yet from mars point of view, “opinion”, thinks the general sign of Capricorn is a great condition - Venus is like… um, this place? Ok.)

So in summary, you’re projecting stuff onto him

Also in horary, Saturn is the committed partner in a triad horary, and his planet sits in Capricorn, in the domain of his girlfriend

Venus (and Saturn -who are natural friends btw) do not like to be in Scorpio (who and where you represent, from the other planets opinion). Suffice to say, according to this horary, he’s not as keen on you as you are on him

Because the moon is in Pisces, he’s aware of this question, rather, that you want an emotional reaction from him - but the answer to the exact horary question is No, he’s not jealous whatsoever - void of course moon.

Because the Moon debilitates in Scorpio: the horary verdict might disappoint you.

The question isn’t about his girlfriend so she’s irrelevant. And If she was so important to him he wouldn’t cheat on her. He cheated once and would have again if I would have allowed it.

According to the chart in the first post, yes he was. Although with Venus square Moon in Pisces it was subdued or controlled to a large degree.

Is it because of the sextile between Venus and Mars?

Because of Venus in the 2nd square to a planet in the 4th (2nd and 4th are possessive houses), and because of venus sextile two planets in Scorpio (possessive sign).
