No, horary rarely works like that for timing, it's usually symbolic. The Moon is Void of Course so nothing is happening.IP: Logged |

This is really interesting chart.
You are Saturn and Moon, possible partner is Su. Moon has trine aspect with Antiscion of Sun so that might be Yes answer to your question. ------------------

Conjunctions and oppositions are only used for antiscions from what I learned and there should be reception - Moon doesn't receive the Sun at all and the Sun doesn't receive the Moon so I don't think anything will come from this. IP: Logged |

For antiscions to work generally there needs to be more positive testimonies in the chart and there aren't any in this and the Moon is also VOC which shows nothing is happening at the moment. Looking at the chart again, Both Saturn and Venus (natural ruler of women) are hidden away in the 12H so the querent may have some anxieties or fears about finding a partner with the Moon also being intercepted in the 7H, feeling hemmed in and unable to do anything to change the situation.
