There are no aspects between Jupiter and Mercury nor Moon to Mercury which would indicate that he's not coming back. Moon Via Combusta shows that you are stressed and worried about the situation.

For the Mercury condition, what does it mean when it’s in the 12th and conjunct sun sextile Saturn?

And me (Jupiter) in 2nd house? Is there a symbolism and story?

The Sun is also his co-significator, he may well be stressed out himself hence hiding away in the 12H (or ill, possible issues at work etc as it’s his turned 6H) being combust makes him unable to see or be seen. He could just be lying low for now. Both aspects between Sun/Mercury and Sun/Saturn are separating so whatever they represent it is now in the past. The Sun and Mercury have no reception with Saturn so it may well not be anything relevant in the chart. Saturn does receive Mercury in triplicity and term and the Sun in detriment. Saturn rules his turned 8H of finances; it may have something to do with money. Jupiter in the 2H could mean your finances are of concern or the situation affects your self-esteem.
Both Mercury and the Sun receive Jupiter in rulership which shows there is still feeling there but as both are badly placed and weak in the chart he isn’t going to do anything at the moment. That’s not to say that he will never approach you – it’s just how things are at the moment.

He works for financial stability - stress
It affected my self esteem

I feel sorry for him - for him to stress and my reactive nature. I want him to be find peace.
