When asking a question about relocation or will I stay in a country where I currently reside, I often see in a horary chart the ruler of the 4th being in the 1st.

Does anyone have an idea what that could possibly mean?

If I understood it correctly, the 1st house signifies the place where we currently are, the 4th is our ancestral home (or the place we came from and) and the 7th the other place or the place where we want to relocate.
Now, let's say, if I'm asking if I will stay in this country (I have relocated to this country 6 months ago, it's my housband's homecountry and for the very traumatic personal reasons I would not like to return to my own country), and I get the ruler of the 4th in the 1st what would that mean?
