Hello everyone! I'd like to hear your opinion about a horary chart I made last week. I'm currently dating a guy, it's been almost three months now, and we get along very well. Some time ago, we talked about our relationship "status" and we said that it was too early to be able to define it, but that there was great potential.

My concern at the time was "will this relationship ever be officialized?". I like the aspects and the receptions between the planets.
- Mars-Venus conjunction in Capricorn (Mars exalted);
- Venus trine Moon in Taurus (Venus exalted);

What I don't like is the aspect Sun-Moon. It's an applicative square.

We're both cautious when it comes to commitment and letting go of our fears regarding love and attachment, since we both have suffered a lot in the past. What I'm currently observing is that we're getting closer everyday and we're allowing ourselves to feel and trust. Yesterday, he told me he's falling in love with me. Do you think Moon square Sun only describes our fears, or it describes exactly how things will unfold for us? I don't want to know what the exact evolution of this relationship will be - I don't want to know if it'll ever end or not, so I hope the chart didn't show that.

Here's the chart:

PS: I also want to say that I'm currently no more attached to an official definition of what the relationship is. I'm just trying to enjoy it without worrying too much about its definition. Yes, SOMETIMES I still fear getting too close - it's the same for him, we spoke about it - but we're focusing on the positive aspects rather than letting our fears control us, and I feel this is why the relationship is growing. Still, I don't like Moon square Sun.

I don't think you need to worry about the Moon square Sun. Squares are not terrible, they are usually obstacles and delays, so things you have to get over, which is normal in any relationship. No relationship is perfect. As it is a new relationship even if there were oppositions they would likely mean passion - that intense push/pull that some relationships have - so there are many ways to interpret the difficult aspects, they are not always bad.

There are positive aspects in this chart so I think you will be official at some point in time as there is a conjunction with Venus and Mars in a cadent house which may well slow things down a bit, however this makes sense in the context of your question as you do not want to rush things. So just carry on as you are and enjoy what you have found!

Thank you! I was hoping to read your opinion on this Do you think the potential obstacles are related to our fears (obstacles we're already experiencing), or it could be other things?
I thought the antiscia Sun-Moon would indicate something related to our psychology/fears.

I don't read horary from a psychological point of view - it either is or it isn't which is what I like about it. But there are some horary astrologers that would look into that side of things I am sure. The way my mind works is that I think we all know why we do certain things but can't admit it for the most part so look for something else to blame!

The Moon in this chart is in the 7th house and the Sun is in the 4th, these are exceptionally good places to be - had they been in the 6th, 8th, or 12th then maybe it would be fears and anxiety. All you are feeling is what anyone entering into a new relationship would feel - it's anticipation and excitement and you are probably overthinking things - that's the bigger danger. Just go with the flow!
