In a relationship horary,if querent ruler is Mercury at Pisces 4.07 and quesited ruler Jupiter at Pisces 16.40 does this count as an applying conjunction? No other planets between them or aspecting them, except Sun at Pisces 22 separating from Jupiter. Also moon at Cancer 16.00.Also,since mercury is in its fall in Pisces and Jupiter is strong there, does this affect the conjunction outcome? IP: Logged |

They're not applying yet because they are not in orb so their influence isn't being felt. The orb is 8 degrees. The Moon does apply to trine Jupiter though but usually you need more than one testimony however it may still bring the two together. Both Mercury and Jupiter receive Mercury in detriment and fall so Jupiter doesn't seem to be that bothered about Mercury with the negative reception and so the dislike is stronger than the liking as Jupiter only receives Mercury in term which is minor - Jupiter is more concerned with themselves. Mercury is miserable because they are in Jupiter's rulership hence the detriment and fall. With the distance before the planets even notice each other and with the terrible reception the chances are this wouldn't work out and as Mercury isn't received well by Jupiter I don't think this would amount to much but then it also depends on the rest of the chart, which houses they're in etc. IP: Logged |
