L1 is Venus and co-significator the Moon. L7 Mars and co-significator the Sun. The receptions do show attraction between the pair of you however, there isn’t an aspect showing you getting together but as you say you meet in a professional setting, it may be difficult to take action under these circumstances. You might need to find a way around this!

Life has taught me if you want something then do your best to get it, don't wait to be chosen or for it to come to you because it may not. The other thing is if a man really wants a woman nothing will stop him from getting her. Your man might just be one of those men that enjoys flirting because it strokes his ego (or he is married) without him actually having to do anything. Asking him to go for coffee is a reasonable request as you do get along - nothing ventured, nothing gained!

Mars (him) receives Venus in exaltation and term. The Sun receives Venus in rulership, triplicity and term and the Moon in exaltation – he really likes/is attracted to you. Venus (you) receives Mars in triplicity and the Sun in triplicity and the Moon receives the Sun in triplicity – you like him. This is using John Frawley’s way of reading receptions, if you use Lilly et al then it would be the other way around so Venus is receiving Mars in exaltation and term and Venus receives the Sun in rulership, triplicity and term so it is you that feels this way about him.

As Venus and Mars do receive each other with mixed mutual reception (as there is no aspect this is called generosity). So it would depend on how you read receptions, in this case it doesn’t matter as you both receive each other.
