I drew this up just to see and I feel like the answer can’t be this clear since we’re in no contact right now? Im very new to horary and I’m just trying to learn, I also am not going to be devastated if the answer is actually no so please help me learn! Thank you! Because the ascendant is libra, I’m Venus (and the moon as co significator since I’m female identifying) right and he’s mars? Mars is applying to Venus so the answer is yes? And what does it mean if moon is applying to mars first then? Am I oversimplifying it  IP: Logged |

Can’t believe I’m just noticing it but the late ascendant lol. I guess I’ve never really thought about them as much as I should have since so many people have such varied interpretations of them. Guess this means it’s an invalid chart? Any other thoughts? IP: Logged |

The chart is valid regardless, a late ascendant can show you already know the answer to your question or maybe something will change. Venus and Mars are not applying to conjunction - they separated a couple of months ago. With the Moon being your co-significator then it's possible you will make contact with him but as all significators are in a mute sign then this probably isn't likely to happen - but the ball is in your court as you asked the question! Venus is conjunct Neptune which shows you may be viewing things with rose tinted glasses. Venus is also applying to conjunct Jupiter which could suggest there is someone new coming along or as this is the ruler of the 5th house, you're looking for some romance. If anything is going to happen you will have to be the one to make the move towards him - Mars or the Sun isn't going to do it, you will probably have to let him know you are still interested and go from there.
