That's not how horary works. Timing is usually symbolic. The aspect applies in 11 degrees. The Sun is angular and mutable so it could be days or weeks. However, there is no relationship between the planetary hour and the Ascendant which means that something isn’t quite right and the question may not be serious. These types of charts tend not to work out.
