An online meeting was arranged by a secretary (R7th H - Venus) with her boss (R 4th H - Jupiter). As it happens that I could not join the meeting and received an email to say the boss waited for me for 5 mins, an hour later than it was scheduled. So my question was did the secretary either make a mistake or tell different time to her boss?- Venus is in her house (7th) in Gemini
- Her communication is 3rd H (Sun) which is Cazimi with her boss (Jupiter) This makes me think that she did pass the message correctly. Conjuct Jupiter/Sun makes no other aspect to tell further story. Does it look like it's nobody's fault? Can you see something else?

Thanks Randall. Done!Actually, having looked at the chart again, she did interfer. I am Mars in 8th H.
Her boss' communication is Venus and the secretary's communication is Sun. Both does not aspect. Also there is a Saturn (my communication) square Venus (the secretary). But Venus is conjunct the fixed star Alcyone (Compassion and disappointment) which I can understand as I came into the picture to help her out. So I am a little confused here....
