You should be asking 'Will I' before 'When' as that is an assumption you will have one and it may not be the case. A horary chart can't give you what isn't promised in your natal chart. If you know your birth details it would be better to look there. There is a lot going on in this chart that is raising more questions than answers - can you give a bit of background? You don't have to change the question but I will go from 'Will I' and if there is a 'When'.Are you hoping to reconcile with someone from the past? There are late degrees on the Ascendant suggesting you already know your answer or that things are going to change soon. The Moon is also at late degrees, again showing that something is about to change.
You are symbolised by the first house ruled by the Moon and as you are male your co-significator is the Sun. Your potential partner is ruled by the 7th house Saturn and co-significator Venus.
Mars rules the 10th house which would be the relationship – the half way point between the first and seventh houses. Mars is coming to the end of its sign and is conjunct your Ascendant showing this is weighing heavily on your mind. The Moon is ruled by Mars and in the 10th house also. Looking at the reception the Moon exalts the Sun and is in its triplicity – the Sun is the natural ruler of men/husbands – so this is something you think highly of or you are self-centred – could be both! The Moon receives Saturn in face and fall and Venus in face and detriment. Whoever Saturn and Venus represent your head isn’t very happy with them. The Moon has separated from a conjunction with Saturn and a square with Venus – which is what made me wonder if there was already someone you had in mind. The Sun on the other hand adores her as a woman – mating material! The Sun is ruled by Venus and in its triplicity but receives Saturn in its face which isn’t great on its own – the interest in her as a person is minimal to say the least.Saturn doesn’t receive either the Moon or the Sun which shows indifference but Venus is ruled by the Moon which shows a lot of love. Venus however is in the 12th house so is hidden away, either a secret or your undoing.
The last aspect the Moon makes before leaving its sign is an application to square Mars so there is a relationship on the horizon but not without its delays and obstacles. This is where the reading ends. However, the Moon keeps moving! It looks like in the future there is the potential for you to meet two other people with the Moon applying to conjunct Jupiter and Mercury who are both in the 10th house, the Moon also goes on to sextile Saturn, however this is a weak aspect with weak reception and without more effort on your part is unlikely to produce a result. I would say that you will have a relationship but depending on how active you are in trying to make it happen it could be anything from 21 weeks to months. Don't take that as being gospel because as I said the aspect in this chart stops at Mars. No chart is written in stone and you have the free will to change anything you don’t wish to experience. The chart is only telling you what is happening now if you do nothing to change it.

I really appreciate your help.
I like your answer very much because you explained it in details astrologically.Yes I have someone in my mind.
But I wasn't sure if this relationship had ended or will last in future when I created the chart and asked question.
Now the situation is the person has lots of restrictions, abuse and threats from her family because she wants to have relationship with me.
I told her to keep it secret but she failed.
So I'm not sure what will happen in future.
I just don't want her to suffer just because of me. So I wanted it totally secret since the beginning but alas situation changed. I assumed it as negative that the relationship ended and I wanted to know if there will be new relationship for me in near future or not. But she still trying to keep contact with me after so much trouble in her life.
I don't know what to do.
I can't Stop someone loving me but at same time I can't suggest anyone to put herself in danger because of me.
