Hello,from 2021 i'm facing/struggling with AVPD disorder or Generalized Anxiety disorder,i've tried several therapies,i've changed 3 therapists without find healing,is there any chance to overcome this disorder or will part of my life,i'm thinking stop cutrent therapy and retire,i'm almost dissappointed.
