rahu in the 6th is known to give digestion issues/acidity/gas issues in the stomach, when your stomach is upset it can lead to ulcers in the anus, when your stomach is too sensitive and reacts to certain spices/infections etc, so maybe thats how that statement makes sense

people who have stomach issues usually end up running to the toilet quite often or having problems in their stools, so it makes some sense, although every person with rahu in 6th will experience stomach/acidity issues in different magnitude depending on other planets/placements/aspects also

rahu in the 6th, such people are difficult to defeat in competitions and arguments, it helps in defeating enemies

malefic planet in bad house is good
