We have not found a house yet and were going to have to move in with the BIL until we found something to rent, and were going to have to rent til we found something to buy.

Terrible buyers market right now.

Anyways, we are trying our best to compromise on the type of house we want.

He wants privacy and a newer home, but is willing to give up the new for privacy.

I want an old historic home because A) Those feel like home to me with all their charm and character and B) The newer stick built homes in the little perfect neighborhoods give me anxiety and leave me feeling empty inside.
I just feel like I'd never be happy there. He thinks I'm crazy (which a little crazy is always good )

Im wondering if someone can't help me pick apart our charts to see whats going to be most important to each of us so we can start compromising from there..

Our charts are similar in the ways that we are both Virgo risers, our Jupiter and Rahu are both in the 7th house, moon is in the 8th house..

My life is devoted to my home. I spend probably over 75% of my time at home. I stayed at home to raise our children and once they became school age I figured out a home based business for myself and got a 2 day a week side job in the same industry as well so I won't be away from my home and children too often.

He spends maybe 20% of his time at home.
Work, work, work with his family's company. Eat, sleep, and shower is all hes really home for.

A lot of family time is spent out side of the house.
The children's sports, family visiting, vacations, daily outings, etc..

Can anyone help pinpoint what we should be looking for?
