Hi there everyone,I'm trying to learn about vedic astrology and from what I understand, the quality of spouse in the second marriage can be indicated by the 9th house. So what would Uranus, Saturn, and Mars mean for a person if they have them in the 9th house? The person told me that they were already divorced once, but they were considering on marrying someone new. IP: Logged |

The reason why astrologers claim that the 9th house represents the second marriage is because it's the 3rd house from the 7th house, they consider the 2nd husband as sibling of the first husband. personally it has never worked for me. For a second marriage to occur you have to see whether there will be a second marriage. A divorce doesn't guarantee a second marriage. I would look at the 2nd house, since it's the 8th from the 7th house since the 7th house is the main house for marriage no matter how many marriages people may have. With respect to your question, you are looking at the maya associated with the second spouse, so I would look at the 8th house from the Upapada lagna. Look at the Navamsa Charts. Again look at the 7th housers, 7th,2nd and 11th house lords and sublords, afflictions of the 7th house, the moon, venus and Jupiter. Because sometimes the issues of the 7th house get repeated each and every time an union is formed. AND the current MD and AD these people are running. IP: Logged |

Vedic doesn't use Uranus, Neptune or Pluto.I have Mars in the 9th in Aquarius and the only bad thing it has done in terms of it's relation to my 9th house is make higher education something that I didn't care about until this year at age 26, so it basically made me wait to go to college. It hasn't done anything to my relationships in my opinion. Some say Mars in the 9th exalted in Cap or in its ruling signs of Scorpio or Aries means the person might have an illicit affair with the spouse of his guru if he/she has a guru. You didn't mention the sign so maybe that prediction could be true for you if your 9th is in one of those 3 aforementioned signs, but then again maybe not. "Bhrigu Sutras" by Rhishi Brighu will be a great book for you. You can get a free pdf of it if you google it. IP: Logged |

And 9th house Saturn might again show that a person lost their dad early on in life. Also, it might show that one attains schooling in run down neighborhoods if Saturn is malefic/debilitated. If Saturn is exalted in Libra or in Aquarius or Cap (the two signs it rules) then the dad might actually live really long.IP: Logged |
