I love your vids.
You have a good voice, and explain things at a good pace, and clearly.

Loved the use of color-- color-arrows especially.

I am a newbie at this.
I'm trying not to stress myself too much, and, I try to 'just listen' and take in the info. It's coming.

Have gained a familiarity with Vedic names, some terms, and their association. I have some familiarity with some of the deities involved.

I know that the knowledge will all just suddenly 'click' for me, one of these days.

North Indian 'Diamond' Charts
What I'm trying to get used to (in your vid) is seeing the number on the chart (e.g. 3 = Gemini) and the other number as being the H'ouseCusp Number.

I know how that works with Western astrology, and I'm comfortable with it-- e.g. Venus ruler of natural 7th (number 7 being Libra). What's harder for me is knowing (on Vedic charts) the zodiac sign of the House Cusps!
.. I guess that will become clearer and more evident with more exposure.

Counting the houses... are like derivatives in western.

(In my own growth), it felt confusing when you placed arrows that appeared (to me haha) to run 'backwards' instead, re '12' to Jupiter '6'. BUT!!!!!!, I'm NOT gonna sweat it!!

I KNOW it'll all 'click into place'.
I'm a grokker and a Quantuum Leaper when it comes to learning. When I understand things, I really solidly Understand.

I'd love to have more information about the "time periods".. You showed Time Period #3 Venus. Why didn't you correlate Time Period #2??, and instead chose #3 Venus (I know the part where you say the person is in a Venus Period.)

I am comfortable now with the way one must shift from the chart down to the tables... soooo many tables.

Might be my OWN Ketu in Vedic H8 Gemini mrig
{conjunct Mercury Mrig, and Mars Ardra}.

Interesting that H8 Ketu relates to Finance, as in my past, I've held jobs in the banking industry (stockbrokerage assistance and clerk) and had worked in some financial departments in corporate America (some, working around scientists).
Have also been involved and have had interests in research.

So Again---- (if you please)
WHY did you go to Time Period "#3" Venus.
What about Period "#2"?

from what I think I've learned,
the planet in 'Time Period #1' is the Vimshottari, the ruling planet OVER that time period of life; mine had turned into Saturn, a while ago, to last 19 years.

I'm a portion through my Saturn period.
(Am 63y, to be 64 e.o. May).
LONG way to go.

So to predict his time of marriage. I did start with the time period of the lord of the 7th house, which in his case is Jupiter. And in that nice little table shown between 10:10 s to 11:10 s of the video - he he did go through the phase of Jupiter (time period #2) between June 1908 to September 1910.

Then I checked for the phase of Venus (time period #3) within the 2+ year phase of Jupiter, which was between July - November 1909. He was married in July 1909.

I have another Question--
May I please ask about something unrelated to his chart?

I love the images and stories that some descriptions about "Rahu and Ketu" have conjured in my mind and vivid imagination! *grin*

With a sense of humor---
What do you think of this, as far as describing the potential of this certain transit?

Rahu represents
the severed head, with big hungry eating mouth

Ketu represents
the headless body, ~~so starved?!

When someone has their period of natal South Node (Ketu) being visited by transiting North Node (Rahu) ..

then, does that basically "reunite" the two pieces??

'puts the severed head back with the left-behind zombie body'???

AND,
-- on other side of the polarity --
also 'places the body (with all its mobile self-feeding appendages) back ONTO the head'--
so as to make the head + body a more united coordinated functioning whole??

meaning--
He has his cookie, AND gets to EAT it too?
