I’ve isolated that my potential marriage timing is when Jupiter enters my 7th house (Sagittarius) on November 2019. Saturn is already there. Problem is Rahu is in Gemini until Sept 2020, and Rahu conjuncts my mars at the same time Jupiter enters my 7th house.

But if so, Jupiter/Saturn will be conjunct in the sky directly on my moon on December 2020. By then Rahu will be in Taurus.

As for your particular chart, I definitely think November looks promising if you're already dating someone. OR perhaps maybe you'll have a shotgun wedding where you meet someone in November 2019 and immediately decide to get married later that same day. It happens! Rahu aspecting the 7th house is known for causing unexpected sh*t to happen lol. I should know, I've got Rahu in Sagittarius in my 7th house in my natal chart. With Rahu currently transiting over our Gemini lagna it wouldn't be a surprise that I and probably you have noticed that you've met more people who are unusual this year.

both symbols from this vedic spousal circumstance prediction (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=cbRvzpOE4tE) were there on our first meeting. for me, Pisces = a dolphin, and for him, Sagittarius = a horse. the first thing he said out of his mouth when meeting for the first time, he said he saw horses on the way, which I thought was random as hell to hear because I lived in Chinatown of all places - shrugged it off as some film industry thing. the dolphin story is too complex to tell... but I had for no rational reason been guided to, stuck on thinking about, a dolphin sculpture a month prior to meeting him... he delivered the dolphin in a really big way (to a T) later on in the week from meeting him.

I knew nothing about this vedic spousal circumstance symbolism system until recently, and when I saw that mine was pisces, I thought, ok yeah-duh: fish (thinking back about the dolphin experience). and then when calculating his, I gasped, remembering this random thing he said to me the day we met four years ago.

As for upapada Lagna, aside from it’s strength, I wonder what it means for the UL lord to be conjunct the lord of the 7th from the UL (assuming the 7th from the UL is me) as described in this text on Upapada. https://sriganesa.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/arudha-pada.pdf

Remember that Sun and Ketu are benefics relative to relationship. Ketu will indicate the need to be more spiritual and indicate bringing spiritual practice into the relationship.
