Why the Jyestha Moon receives such a bad reputation? Jealous, possessive, bad temper, love of drama... like not a day of peace. Love life sucks because people cannot stand us... blah blah... and the list goes on.It makes us out to be people who are so difficult to get along that we have no friends, no one to love etc. Wtf. You're funny. I don't think we're bad-energy people! I have Jyestha Ascendant. Maybe those ones you've commented about are just too shallow for us?Be your own person. Depends on the pada, and real-life experience and maturity of the J native?! There are higher and lower expressions to everything. We have multiple features influencing our charts too! My Lagna (Ascendant) is Scorpio 18.22. Jyethsa pada 1. vansio!! Love those youtubes. Thanks so much! Claire Nakti does deep thorough research. Love her use of audio visual clips, films, art, to give examples. She's extremely knowledgeable. Great work. For the wealth video? I have some of those positions. She exactly described how my Rohini feels. I'd been having some issues around being able to 'receive' the wealth I attract. Listening to that vid, story of Lakshmi touched me sooo deeply. It's like I can start putting words to fragments of feelings. Identifying the mythology that's gone on in my lifetime. One of my favorite movies is Amadeus (story of Mozart). The clips and her micro-analysis of the film for book All Gold Canyon, by Jack London, and segment on Mother Mahcree, was stunning! Tommorrow, I'm planning to review her materials on mrig. I'm having transiting Rahu meet-up my Ketu-Mercury very soon. Heh heh, maybe it'll be a little like Ouranus swallowing his tail. Heads unite with bodies~~ Frankenstein. I toggle my time back and forth between Western and Vedic. They're both a treat. Good night!

@vansio I'm not wealthy. 😔🤷 If you listen to her talk about Jyestha women, she mentioned anger, jealousy... this is what I constantly hear from other astrologers... I've ASC/Venus in Taurus (Rohini/Mrigasira). I wonder if that balances it.@mirage29 Other than being possessive and deeply passionate, I don't relate to constantly feeling angry and jealous of what others have. In fact, in my whole life I've only strived to achieve enough. I've given up on promotions because I felt contented where I was. I've retreated from fights because I didn't wanna fight with anyone. In fact I've always been bullied. People accused me of things I didn't do/backstabbed me etc... so I'm surprised with the interpretations of Jyestha people being aggressive and ruthless. My guy has Jyestha ASC just like you. He will walk away from a nasty situation. It's not that he's afraid. He just doesn't like to engage in disputes. I think this is a better analysis of Jyestha. We're not afraid of confrontations but we're not ones to pick a fight either. I've Moon in Jyestha Pada 3. I can relate to being a humanitarian although I don't work in this industry. I've always felt strongly about bullying, discriminations, unfairness... IP: Logged |

Hikaru! What you said is perfect!! Some of those characterizations are just cardboard stereotypes. Unfortunately, sometimes people negatively judge others (OR themselves) based on these limited interpretations WE are MORE than stereotypes. .. Hey. I also know the kind of 'fatigue' that can occur as we dig, dig, dig, study this stuff. With Vedic systems there are EVEN more tiny pieces than western. One of the things that the more-spiritually based teachers say, is to incorporate spiritual practice, with what you do. That includes giving to others. Loved that vid with Lakshmi, saying that as you pour yourself out, then, you become filled. What she said about Venus Taurus Rohini, is that she is FULL of INNER riches. I coincide with your feelings about being protective. IP: Logged |

^ Yes, Vedic can be narrowed down so much it's amazing. This is why Vedic can get so precise on things. quote: "...as you pour yourself out, then, you become filled."
So true with this. I only started learning this principle after my Saturn Return. As we walk our spiritual path, whatever that's meant to come will come. It's just that with a Jyestha Moon, it's so hard to not fall into depressive spells now and then. :P IP: Logged |

Michael Jordan has it, now as good as he was on the basketball court, he seems like a pain in the ass off it, atleast from "the clips" of his documentary "The Last Dance" on which I have an opinion too.IP: Logged | |
