Has anyone here ever tried this calculator? http://m.sevenreflections.com/vedic/ I already learned some of this before but if these calculations have any merit, I'm fascinated. Pls Share what your findings are. 🙂 IP: Logged |

The actual chart calculation is wrong. Curiously, to then get the correct Lagna, had to reduce my birth time by 9~ hours. By doing this, didn’t change the write up either, so the calculator must just be generically describing planets in signs IP: Logged |

Agree with Vansio...
DITCH it. Calculations are WRONG.  You need an ACCURATE chart for a foundation you can learn from. MORE than tropical, vedic needs precision FROM the foundation, in order to have all the other 100s of other (derivative) charts have closer accuracy. Timing is Everything. IP: Logged |

That's sad but better to not get attached to it I suppose. Thank you, both of you. The one on here that previously was shared is all in Hinde so I couldn't get it to work. As well several don't recognize my place of birth or offer inputs (or maps). IP: Logged |

Exactly! .. There was one site that seemed to run correct charts for a while, then went back to giving wrong place, or wrong time of birth from what I typed in. Go to this link--

The Janantha HORA free DOWNLOADABLE software.
I loaded it. Was able to get a paper printout of my data. I scribble penciled-notes all over those pages.

They had the name of my city and state "incorrect," HOWEVER, when I looked at the "latitude and longitude" they gave, those numbers were CORRECT. yay.
List of Planets and other lists of data were consistent with other calculators. With JHora, you can save a copy of your birthdata to 'File' and pull it up any time you visit. You can click on the software and see the current sky transits.
So. Thanks for letting us know about the 7 reflections, but it's wrong. Otherwise, I could have added it to "our list" on the LL page above.

Sometimes, if you see a page in Hindi..
look around the edges of the pages to see if there's a button you can click to show you English language?Or, some have an alternative URL available that takes you to the English website. IP: Logged |

Thank you! Yeah, it is frustrating to be oberved as having an official birth place as "no such location"
