My Natal Mercury in Aswini nakshtra and my saturn
in Magha nakshtra and both of this nakshtras rulled by Ketu . Does this mean there is some contact between Mercury and Saturn ?

In your D9, these two might be conjunct - depends on the Pada

In D-9 Mercury in Gemini and Saturn in aries so not conjunction in D-9 .
is there some trikona contact between those 2 ?
like 1-5-9 aspect of jupiter ?
