Does anyone know what it means to have Saturn as Vargottama?
Also, what does it mean when Venus and Rahu are conjunct ascendant in the D9/navamsa chart?

Saturn - 10th and 11th house (Cap, Aquarius)
Venus - 2nd and 7th house (Taurus and Libra)
