well, you have to check some things before:
- 7th house - aspects to it, where the ruler is, in what dignity, what aspects receives, planets in the 7th
- venus - the same as above
- jupiter - the same as above
Also what houses those planets rule.

Then, if all the others are fine or almost fine... this means that relationships will be good. The exaltation could also mean that there is a fall out in the relationship, an idealisation of some kind, or taking it higher than good relationship. I don't mean like average, but I don't know how to say it better.
